How the whitelist process works
Choose Discord or panel
Complete the questions in a Discord DM interview or fill out the web form with Discord login.
Wait for staff review
Staff review the application and update the result through Discord and the panel.
Ban appeals
Appeal decisions stay visible
If the bot cannot DM you, you can still submit your appeal in the panel. When staff review it, your result, staff note, and return invite or rejoin status can be shown on your dashboard.

Support tickets are tied to your Discord account, so you can follow replies, continue conversations, and keep your support history in one place.
